In this program we’ll journey together through guided mindfulness experiences and practice to understand what mindfulness is, how to use it and to cultivate a mindfulness practice that keeps us coming back to the present moment without judgement.
Mindfulness has the power to enhance your contentment, health, wellbeing, focus, sleep and reduce your anxiety, pain, depression, stress and illness. It forms the basis for other shifts in your life. And opens your capacity to receive and experience more good and pleasure.
